Responsibilities:

We are expanding our technical sales team and looking for experienced and motivated Sales Engineers to drive the promotion and sales of Altair HyperWorks CAE software solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who combine technical engineering knowledge with proven experience in B2B software sales, and who are passionate about helping engineering teams solve real-world challenges through simulation and digital transformation technologies.

- Promote and sell Altair HyperWorks simulation and engineering software solutions to new and existing clients

- Conduct regular customer visits (both in and out of town) – approximately 75% of the role involves field activities

- Collaborate closely with technical teams for presales activities such as product demonstrations and benchmark projects

- Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships

- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings

- Deliver presentations tailored to customer needs and industry applications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, or a related Engineering discipline

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales of CAD, CAE, PLM software solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

- No travel restrictions; willingness to travel frequently

- Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable with active driving

- Proficiency in English (a must for this role)

- Completed military service (for male candidates in Türkiye)

- Self-motivated with strong ability to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and within a team

- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa
